At Harleys Court Holiday Cottages we do our best to give you a relaxed and hassle free break.
We only provide a small selection of toiletries/kitchen extras – for more supplies these are stocked in the local shops
Of course, if we have to carry out repairs the hot tub will not be in use (we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause)
For allergen reasons we do not provide any Washing Detergents, these must be purchased individually
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival time at the Cottages is from 4PM or later by arrangement
Please ensure you have vacated the property no later than 10AM to allow access for the cleaners
Where do we get the keys on arrival?
We will contact you approximately 3 weeks before your holiday starts with details of where to find the keys to your cottage. If you have booked a last minute break (within 3 weeks) we will send this to you along with your confirmation invoice.
Will anyone be there to greet us?
We will endevour to show you around and to say hello on your arrival, however this is not always possible, in the event we cannot do this we will notify you with arrival instructions
If you would like to drop off any luggage this can be arranged in advance, please contact us, also if you would like us to hold any for you while you take a day trip on your arrival date this can also be arranged
Will you send us directions to the cottages?
We will send your directions on how to reach your cottage if required, please let us know if you require this information following your booking.

How do we book?
Bookings may be made by telephone, email or via our website.
For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance you must pay us one third of the total amount payable for your booking at the time of booking. We must then receive the balance by the date set out in your confirmation invoice (which will generally be 8 weeks before the start of your stay).
For bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance, you must pay us the total amount payable for your booking at the time of booking.
If you do not make any payment by the date it is due, we will send you a reminder by post, by email or by telephone. If you fail to make the relevant payment within 7 days of the date it is due, we will assume that you wish to cancel your booking. If this happens, your booking will immediately be cancelled and the cancellation charges will apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept three payment methods:
Account details will be provided as necessary once you have selected the dates you wish to stay.
All payments must be in pounds sterling.
What if we have a problem whilst we are staying with you?
When you receive our welcome pack, it includes the directions and key information for your cottage, we will also provide you with a contact number to call in the unlikely event that you have any problems or concerns whilst on holiday.
It is really important that you call us if you are unhappy about any aspect of your holiday cottage, as we want to have every opportunity to put things right or to improve them for you.
Are children welcome?
We welcome families and children to our Cottages – there’s plenty to keep them occupied!
Unfortunately we no longer have Travel Cots for babies on site aswell as High Chairs etv, please ensure these are brought with you (if required)
Are pet welcome?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay at Harleys Court Holiday Cottages
