  • We have 5 lovely self-catering holiday cottages, all of which are all on ground one level
  • Built of stone under a stone / tile roof. These were built in 1990 and converted into 5 individual dwellings in 2010.

  • General

All cottages are on a ground level so access to all the cottages is on a low level.

Each cottage has a small paved area directly out of the entrance doors with access through these areas that feed between the cottages. All of the cottages have mains electricity for lighting and kitchen services and bore hole water and sewage tank. Heaters in every room with thermostatic controls.

Harleys Court Holiday Cottages are all non-smoking and pets can be booked into 2 of our cottages Buttercross and Monteclefe

  • Hext Cottage; Wessex cottage ;Butter cross cottage all 2 bedroom cottages 
  • Accommodation – sleeps 4.
  • One Double bed 5`6” and 2 singles.
  • This self-catering accommodation is on one floor, with secure private off road parking.
  • Ground Floor: Main entrance (directly into lounge/dining area) to kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
  • Separate Bathroom/toilet
  • Outside there is a courtyard for car parking and then a further enclosed area with a patio with seating for 4 (enclosed areas on Hext and Wessex cottages)
  • Small area terraced gardens with flowers and shrubs & hedges outside all cottages
  • Michaels and Monteclefe ( both 1 bedroom cottages )
  • Accommodation – sleeps 2.
  • Michael’s Cottage ; One Super king bed or can be split into 2 single beds .
  • Monteclefe Cottage ;  One Double Sized Oak Sleigh Bed.
  • They are all self-catering accommodation and  on one floor, with secure private off road parking.
  • Ground Floor: Main entrance (directly into lounge/dining area) to kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom.
  • Separate Bathroom/toilet
  • Outside there is a courtyard for car parking and then a further patio with seating for 4 guests
  • Small area terraced gardens with flowers and shrubs & hedges outside all cottages

TERMS OF BOOKING;

When a booking is made and the deposit is accepted , failure to make the full payment by the due date will result automatically of your booking cancellation.

It is at the owners discretion ,depending upon dates whether the refund is returned back to the client .

We do not chase for payments so please make sure your payment is made by the due date stated on your invoice .
